   Wow, that’s a blast from the past… this picture was undoubtedly taken at the Denny’s in Chico, CA, and the one you are trying to identify is the ubiquitous “Flo.” Anyone who has experienced the nightlife in Chico in the last 15 years (at least!) has seen her at some point, usually hanging at the corner of 3rd and Main with her entourage, or cruising downtown with her cart.
